Please review all areas of our rental policies below.

We are happy to answer any questions or discussion any item further.

RATES

Pricing Includes rental and taxes.

Cash Payment = 5% discount

​

50% due at time of contract to secure items for your event.

Balance due 30 days prior to event

​

Will call rentals may be available on some items--Pricing allows for 72 hours. Late charge of 25% per day, per item. Will-call requires a credit card hold that will be refunded at time of return.  Amount to be provided with contract based on rental items.

DELIVERY

Delivery Options will be provided with each quote and based on the locations and customer's needs.

Same day drop off/pick-up available.

General examples--

​

Bronze Delivery Service-

Drop off within 50' of the truck; leaving all items in one location.

Does not include any stairs, elevators or obstacles.

Items will be dropped and picked up within a 4 hour window each time.

No placement or set-up.

Items will be picked up from the same location and required to be in the same packaging as delivered.

Silver Delivery Service-

Place all furniture where needed and install any backdrops or large props.

All other items will be left in delivery boxes/containers in one location.

No placement of decor or accessories.

All items to be delivered within 50' of truck.

Any stairs, elevators, obstacles or extra distance can be added on to fees.

Scheduled 2 hr window for delivery and 1 hr window for pickup.

All items are to be picked up from the same location as drop-off

​Gold Delivery Service-

All items will be placed as requested on a preset floor plan.

All decor and accessories will be placed based on approved design layout.

Delivery and Pickup can be scheduled to exact time.

Full tear down of all items.

​At pick-up/delivery, an itemized list of products with photos and quantity will be included. Any shortages must be reported at this time.

WILL CALL

Will Call--

Will call is not available on all items.  We will offer a delivery service on our quote for smaller packages, too.

Keep in mind, if you pick the item up and return it, you are responsible for securing items properly. Proper transportation required for all will call. We would provide appropriate covers/blankets for furniture items and containers for all decor and accessoires. Renter must provide any additional production for your vehicle to secure during transit. Renter must strap to protect the product and any damage would fall under the policies previously stated.

Do not wash after event. Rinse, wipe free of food debris and return to transport bins.

​What you have to provide if you will call--aka "Why you should let us deliver :)"

Time and labor to pack/secure the vehicle (2x)

Responsibility that it is packed correctly to arrive safely (2x)

Driving time (2x)

Unload the vehicle (2x)

Set up items/Tear down items (if that delivery level chosen)

DAMAGED or
LOST

Client will be charged for the replacement cost of the rental if the product is lost, broken or damaged to change the fit/form/function of the rental, including aestehtically.

It is 100% renters responsibility regardless of who/how.

If there is broken or damage, please save and return to rental company to determine next steps.

 

Not limited to, but some examples of when damages are incurred include--being left in the rain, missing items, vandalism, extensive cleaning due to spills/odors, breakages, melted wax, chips, breaks, standing/dancing on furniture, animals, children, sharpies, kool-aid, lipstick, etc.

There may also be charges for damaged or missing packaging.

 

Damaged or missing items must be reported prior to event (after delivery) or the items are considered received in good condition.

 

Rentals can be used outdoors if no chance of inclement weather. Customer is responsible for removing items from outdoor location in the event of rain.

Items may NOT be left outdoors overnight, no matter the forecast.

​At pick-up/delivery, an itemized list of products with photos and quantity will be included. Any shortages must be reported at this time.

CANCEL

Cancellation Policy--

If cancelled prior to 30 days, 50% retainer is forfeited.

If within 30 days of event, 100% non-refundable.

Items can be swapped to others that are avaiable and equal to or greater price than original item. If greater, a deposit increase may be required.

Why not refundable--

Inventory is limited and any time you reserve are yours for that date.

When you pay the retainer, we take them out of our inventory to avoid renting to anyone else.

While we understand last minute charges are inevitable, we do not give refunds for any items put on reserve. We will assess each situation individually.

Item no 
longer 
available?

What if an item I reserve in advance is no longer available?

In the rare case that an item you reserved has to be taken out of inventory due to damage, etc. we will do our best to replace with similar. When not possible, we will suggest an acceptable alternative or provide a refund.
